Speaker Topics and content of the lectures “Courage to innovate in the future”

courage + innovation

Motivated into the future.
Today all industries are in upheaval. But only the brave and motivated among us will still cheer later. This part shows how we can use daring and confidence in an innovative way. Rejoice, because whatever happens, it turns out well.
Direct benefit for the audience:
- New confidence for change
- A breath of fresh air for the company
- Contagious optimism
leadership + team

Find true strength.
We all used to have hero powers, or at least we believed we did. The lecture brings back this basic trust. Interactive scientific experiments encourage every audience to participate. Little superheroes are slumbering inside of us, now they're waking up again.
What everyone takes away:
- confidence for the start
- joy of progress
- The certainty: I can do it.
risk + results

Decisions at the limit.
How do we manage to give everything?
And how do we get to the top, even if things are going downhill for the time being? This part highlights the courageous action between heaven and earth. For down-to-earth ideas that get wings. And for results that impress.
The effects for the guests:
- Fear becomes action
- New powers at the right moment
- Coolness, even when it gets hot

The interactive experiment "Goldflug" with 24 carat gold foil inspires management, executives and a mixed audience

Ready for the world's first human leap into the jet stream
Energy for the Future - The High Wind Adventure with BBC
Innovation for the energy future of tomorrow
In our BBC World News series on the jet stream adventure, we follow the latest developments in high-altitude wind energy. Wind currents at high altitudes have incredible potential that we have not yet exploited. In the documentary we present three Swiss start-ups that are leaders in this promising field. In addition to Brainwhere, these are the companies Skypull and Twingtec. The lecture can be booked with a focus on "Clean Energy".
A speech with salary for management and cadres. And beyond.
I give in my lectures empty words like some meat on the bones::
- Agility – How I keep getting up, even after the 6th knee operation
- Change - About the change of continents, about the new orientation at 7600 meters above sea level
- resilience – In expeditions, the crisis is the normal state. How to plunge into hopelessness with hope.
- Industry 4.0 – This will not be the last change. Anyone who can count to three already knows that.
- risk management – Decide clearly, in free fall in hurricane winds. And how to let yourself fall into the unknown.
- Work-Life Balance – Those who do not see their work as part of life are in the wrong place.
- Disruption – Why it is best to invent your own discipline right away.

Let's just remember.
We don't have to learn anything new. I experience very often how liberating this realization is for my audience.
We can only remind ourselves what true daring and leadership means.
In principle, we all know that very well. Let's bring these images back to life together.
I am looking forward to your Request for the report.

About Pippi Longstocking and the Marlboro Man
In everyday life, the stage has long belonged to the team players. There's nothing wrong with that, as long as the team delivers. But when things get serious, we need real lights and good pioneers who sometimes go ahead alone and show the way. But where are these leader figures when you look for them? And how do we become courageous pioneers again?
Nobody needs an ordinary motivational speaker, and certainly no over-the-top feel-good spreaders.
What we lack is the memory of days when we took matters into our own hands, without taking selfies, without paying attention to followers. Equipped with a little bit of heroism and the confidence to be able to master new adventures.
I bring this virtue back to the audience in my lectures.|
Do you remember the Marlboro man on horseback or the Camel man in overalls and machete?
Both were completely on their own and quite content. Suddenly you have these images in front of your eyes again. With the very young, the penny drops a little later. You shouldn't start smoking right away, I'm all about rediscovering your own strengths and the joy of going ahead on your own. True to the motto of Astrid Lindgren's Pippi Longstocking when she announces: "I've never tried that before. So I'm totally confident that I can do it."
