The number of participants is limited to a few handpicked entrepreneurs. We will take a maximum of four exciting people on board.
Our four guests each receive a double cabin for their sole use. You hardly get that on any other sailing trip and it guarantees enough space with relaxed privacy for the best learning effect.
If there are more than 4 registrations, we will organize additional yachts with a Swiss skipper.

Concept
Adileuteegger, as skipper of the yacht - and of the adventure Marc Hauser – like executives, make countless decisions every day. The difference lies in nature's feedback, which is fast and merciless. The seminar illustrates this in the context of waves, wind and clear feedback.
In addition to the topic of "decisions at the limit", one's own leadership role is also intensively examined, which is based on the important elements of communication and role model.
It is important to convey one's own position in a coherent and credible manner and then to exemplify the desired behavior oneself.
This is the only way to maintain motivation and enthusiasm in the long term. It is crucial that the leader can behave as a role model even in his demanding everyday life. These skills are consolidated and trained in theory and practice on board.
The leadership training on the water is expressly aimed at those who are inexperienced in sailing. If you already have knowledge, you are welcome to bring it in, newcomers to sailing will be professionally instructed. A word of warning at the end: Sailing can be addictive…

The team spirit is actively trained on the ship through sailing and the activities owed to everyday life on board.
There is enough time for reflection, for networking and for life on board. The evening is spent in an impressive bay or a cozy restaurant and is an integral part of the seminar.
Each participant receives an individually tailored coaching/advising session on one day.
